MILLERS FERRY JUNE 2008

Fished Miller's Ferry today. Caught 5 on one point first off. 3 keepers. Went to a bar I found while taking my parents crappie fishing. Lost a 3.5 lb. spot at the boat. 3 casts later, had a 4.5 lb. spot on. Got him to the boat and a bigger spot (about a 6) swimming with him, all of a sudden he slammed my crankbait and knocked the 4.5 off. Docked the boat, ate some lunch, watched some T.V. Went back out and caught 5 in about 10 minutes from the same spot, 4 keepers that went about 11 lbs. Earlier in the day had one on a spinner bait that I could not turn. All fish were caught in the main river. 10 for the day in about 4 hours total fishing. I love Miller's Ferry in the summer
