Located
16 miles south of West Point, MS, Sykes provides Old South quail hunting
at its finest.
It is one of the few facilities offering horseback hunts, or the wingshooter
may choose wagon or foot to roam the preserves 4,000 acres in search of
wild and liberated birds.
Sykes has experienced guides and championship dogs. It is the perfect
place to enjoy a day or more of wingshooting. As a private preserve, hunts
may be scheduled Oct. 1 through April 30.

Wildlife Hunting Preserve

The Cherry Hill preserve is 1,200 acres and is where the rustic 3,200-square
foot lodge is located. It offers accommodations that will please the most
discriminating hunter.
The 600-acre Straight Mountain site is nearby. Both have rolling hills,
open fields and woodlands. Plantation Wildlife caters to individual hunters
and groups.
